I recently booked a ride with Bernard from ORD to UIUC and he was the best. From the booking process to the actual ride itself, Bernard took care of everything and made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. Despite it being a late night ride, Bernard was still very welcoming and kept our conversation going throughout the whole trip. I was on my way to a track meet when my car broke down. I scrambled to find alternative transportation and Reliable Rides picked up! They got to my race on time. This service was extremely accommodating despite 4.5-5 hours round trip plus 2-3 hours at the meet. I had to return home quickly due to midnight shift. I got enough rest before work due to Reliable Rides' swiftness. I even received a meal on them after my track meet! I nearly lost hope when my car gave in, but Reliable Rides turned out to be a blessing. I'm extremely impressed with their professionalism, accommodations, and quickness to action. 20/10 definitely recommend!
