2. Hygiene & Safety Standards

To maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment, all clients are expected to adhere to the following standards:

• Hygiene: All clients must maintain proper hygiene prior to and during their appointments. If you do not meet proper hygiene standards, there will be an additional $50 fee or cancellation of trip
• Drugs, Alcohol, and Weapons: The use of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited on our premises. Weapons of any kind are also not permitted. If so, will result in notifying local authorities
• Respectful Behavior: Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. Disrespectful language, inappropriate contact, or behavior will not be tolerated. Any instances of harassment or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the service, and authorities may be contacted.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate the appointment, or add an additional charge of $50 if any of these policies are violated.

3. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations

• By Appointment: All appointments are recommended to be scheduled in advance.
• Walk Ins: Walk in appointments accepted but additional fee is applied to booking
• Confirmation & Deposit: A confirmed deposit of half of the total booking amount (non refundable) is required to lock in your appointment. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of scheduling.
• Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund or avoid cancellation fees, you must cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will not be refunded.
• Late Arrivals: A late fee of $50 will apply if you are not ready to depart at time of service

4. Communication

• Email Response Time: We strive to respond to all email inquiries within 12-24 hours. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response before following up.

5. Suspicious Activity

If we suspect any illegal or harmful activities, we reserve the right to call the appropriate authorities. This includes, but is not limited to, situations involving the use of drugs, alcohol, weapons, or any form of harassment or violence. Reliable Rides Central Illinois LLC reserves the right to pursue a Civil Lawsuit in the event any of the above occur.
