Terms and Conditions
APPLICABILITY
The following Terms and Conditions of Reliable Rides Central Illinois and all related trademarks, whether expressly agreed. Use of our services constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Any deviation from these Terms requires written confirmation from Reliable Rides.
DEFINITIONS
•Reliable Rides is Chauffeurs Service based in Champaign, Illinois servicing the Midwest. “Customer” is any person who orders our services via the website, email, or phone. The Customer must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for providing accurate information during booking and for full payment of all related fees. “Passenger” refers to the individual(s) benefiting from the service. The Passenger may or may not be the Customer. “Service” refers to the hire of a vehicle with a professional driver.
GENERAL TERMS
By accessing our website, app, or using any of our services, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all car rental, transportation, and related services booked through any medium, including website, phone, email, SMS, or app.
Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you agree to these Terms. Any exceptions to these Terms must be agreed to in writing.
Booking Notice
Reliable Rides Central Illinois requires a minimum of 48 hours notice (2 Days) for online bookings. For bookings with less notice, please contact our helpline at (800)-613-6380 or email Info@international-enterprise.com.
Punctuality
While we strive to ensure our drivers are punctual, Reliable rides is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic or weather conditions.
Driving Standards
Drivers will operate the vehicle at safe and legal speeds, according to road conditions. The route taken will be the most appropriate unless otherwise instructed by the Customer.
Inclement Weather
Reliable Rides looks to ensure safety for the Customer and Chauffeurs, please note extreme/inclement weather may result in cancelation of ride or additional fees may possibly incur .
Damage Responsibility
Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the interior or exterior of the hired vehicle and will be billed for repairs or cleaning required to restore the vehicle. Customers are also liable for any loss of earnings caused by the vehicle being out of service.
Insurance
Reliable Rides vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third-party claims. However, Customers’ belongings are carried at their own risk, and Reliable Rides is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property.
Lost Property
Any lost items found in our vehicles will be recorded and stored in our lost property log. We will make every effort to return lost items to their rightful owners.
Complimentary Meal
Please note Reliable Rides does offer a complimentary meal per the request of the rider. Refusal of this meal does not affect the price of the ride. Reliable Rides will not be held liable for any illness or food allergies in regards to the riders requested meal
Passenger Conduct
Reliable Rides reserves the right to refuse service to any Passenger under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behavior may threaten the safety of the Chauffeur, vehicle, or other passengers.
Statutory Rights
These Terms do not affect the statutory rights of Customers as defined by applicable law.
SERVICE AREAS
Reliable Rides operates in the following regions:
Urbana – Champaign and surrounding areas (Willard Airport), Chicago, (O’hare airport, Midway), Downtown Chicago, Wisconsin, Iowa, Kentucky, Tennessee, Ohio, Missouri, Michigan, and Indiana.
BOOKING AND USE OF SERVICES
The contract for all bookings is between the Customer and Reliable Rides. We may fulfill bookings in one of the following ways:
•Directly with our own fleet and drivers.•Through a combination of our fleet and Partner drivers.•Via trusted Partner companies.
Passengers are expected to follow these guidelines:
Passengers and students under the age of 18 and to the age of 23 are required to provide a parental guardians contact information prior to service
•No more passengers than the vehicle’s stated capacity •No smoking, littering, or engaging in hazardous activities •Customers will be charged for any damage caused by themselves or Passengers. Passenger rides will be canceled if any Violence or misconduct occurs.
Reliable rides reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unavailability.
Any interior damages (spills, mud, vomit, etc) will result in a $200-$600 cleaning fee
GRACE PERIOD
Riders are granted a 5-minute grace period from the scheduled pickup time. After this grace period, an additional $50 fee will apply. If the rider has not boarded within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, the ride will be automatically canceled (non refundable).
Airport Arrivals
A grace period of up to 1 hour for airport arrivals before an additional $50 charge will apply
PAYMENT TERMS
•Payment Methods:We are currently encouraging cash-only payments, but electronic payments can be made if notified in advance by texting the following number: (630)317-4402. Payment Terms: Full payment is required before the start of the service. Any additional costs, such as extra waiting time, will be billed separately. Corporate Customers: Approved corporate accounts may pay monthly, with invoices due within 30 days.Reliable Ridesreserves the right to suspend services for overdue payments.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
•Cancellations made more than 72hours in advance are eligible for a full refund, excluding credit card fees and non-refundable expenses.•Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or in cases of no-shows will incur full charges.•For event bookings canceled within 48 hours, 50% of the total invoice will be charged.
LIABILITY
Reliable Rides is fully insured for passenger and third-party claims. However, Customers are responsible for their belongings, and Reliable Rides will not be held liable for any loss or damage to personal property.
CONSUMER RIGHTS & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Chauffeurs & Services customers have legal rights regarding services not performed with reasonable care. Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of the booking.
Disputes may be resolved amicably or, if necessary, through arbitration or mediation, subject to Illinois Law.
GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This agreement is governed by the laws of Illinois. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to Illinois jurisdiction.
FORCE MAJEURE
Reliable Rides is not liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property related to Reliable Rides are exclusively owned by us.
DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
We prioritize customer data protection and privacy in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal data provided during the booking process will only be used for service delivery.
COOKIES POLICY
By using our website, you consent to our use of cookies as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
UPDATES AND NOTIFICATIONS
Reliable Rides Central Illinois LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of updates via email or website notification. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
